At Thomas Outlet Homes from our family to yours we work hard for you. We are your one stop shop for all your construction service needs, from complete site prep to delivery and set up!

Our turn-key construction team will help you with the following common construction needs:

Land Clearing

Your Property may need to be cleared before your home can be set. We’ll help assess and coordinate what may be needed in order to make this happen.

Foundation

All manufactured and modular homes in Texas must have a pad that diverts water away from the home. Common pads include:

Dirt Pad
Concrete Runners
Concrete Runners & Perimeter
Concrete Pad

Utilities

We’ll help you set up service accounts with your local eclectic and water providers. If service is already in place and up to local code, we will hook everything up once the home is delivered and set up.

Electricity

We can install a pole for overhead service or a pedestal for underground service
We can provide the meter base
Your electric company will then connect their line to your meter base and instal your meter
Electric provider fees may apply

Water

Your local water company installs your water meter
We will connect your water line once the home is delivered and set up
Water provider fees may apply

Sewer & Septic Systems

If your property has access to public sewer, we will make that connection once the home is delivered and set up
If the land has a septic system we will make that connection once the home is delivered and set up
If no system is in place, a new septic system will need to be installed

Skirting

Skirting protects the underside of your home, boosts energy efficiency and enhances the appearance of your home. We offer many different skirting options to fit your style and budget.

Electric Services

Have you contacted your local electric provider to set up or verify service to your property?
Have you received a service estimate from your provider?
- Most lenders can include service provider fees in your home loan. Please include a copy of your estimate.
Determine if your service will be underground or overhead.

Water Service

Have you contacted your local water provider to set up or verify service to your property?
Have you received a service estimate from your provider?
